Eliot Nicholas is no stranger to technology, having spent most of the last 15 years in the technology industry as a Systems Analyst, Software Trainer, and a Technical Support Call Center Director. The experience taught him the importance of customer support and value of superior service. Eliot has more than 12 years of customer support experience in the technology field. Prior to starting his Technology Consulting business, Eliot spent the last year as the Director of Technology and Systems Analyst at Keller Williams in Plano, TX. Before joining Keller Williams in 2007, Eliot worked for a diverse range of organizations, including USAA, ProDoc, and HAL Systems. In his spare time, Eliot likes to pursue his creative side by composing and recording music in his home studio.
